Pros

Has okay health benefits (though it seems to be getting worse), and helpful coworkers when working on projects.

Cons

From my experience, management felt inexperienced and struggled to provide clear direction. There’s no defined career path or roadmap for growth, which makes advancement difficult. No meaningful support during personal or health crises (e.g., bereavement was initially denied, and COVID sick time had to come from vacation days). Transparency and communication were also major issues. Concerns raised to management were often dismissed rather than addressed. On more than one occasion, I even experienced managers laughing in response to feedback — which made the environment feel disrespectful and unprofessional. Employees deserve to be taken seriously when raising legitimate concerns.
