      Pros

      Flexible schedule was a good thing.

      Cons

      Failed to correct problems, let former store manager drive the business into the ground, refused to listen to reports of issues happening in store, knew about things that were happening and failed to act.

      Pros

      The manager is very understanding of personal situations and works the schedule around the needs of every employee. My coworkers were all very friendly. There is also a lot of room for raises and advancement if you work hard.

      Cons

      The only real downside is that you are usually competing for hours. The manager and assistant manager are the only ones that get a full time schedule. However, if your a good sales person with an open availability, then you get decent hours.
