Pros

If you take the time to get to know people, NEARLY everyone is fantastic to work with. Management doesn't breathe down your neck and gives you room to learn. Everyone is open to work with you / help you if needed.

Cons

Many members of the company cannot be trusted. People will talk about you behind your back (especially in management). While you do get the freedom to work independently, guidance and feedback are non-existent. You don't know you're going down the wrong path until a manager chastises you for it, instead of letting you know in the beginning. Don't expect training or coaching in any form unless you start working with your peers. Also, this is a union environment, so be prepared for people with different personalities.

Pros

+ I worked with some of the most amazing professional and nice colleagues + Lots of free training that are educational, useful, and interesting + Lots of support from diverse professionals + Excellent company benefits + If you have, and if you work with outstanding colleagues and leader/s, everyday is something to look forward to

Cons

- Unstable internet speed (and at times, connection) which often fluctuate (that can severely hinder works as a technical writer as tons of data are mirrored in the network/server) - Very high volume of works that require high focus, high attention to details, high accuracy - At times, lack of knowledge and/or lack of expertise on key item or key items while working on specific projects. This is evident across board, and of many professionals, unfortunately - Stress involved dealing with tons of information within a rather limited time and resources, and having had to deal with multiple distractions and/or disruptions. - Distractions, such as : A few employees spend a significant portion of their daily work time chatting/joking/gossiping on non-work related topics, sometimes 15-30 minutes in a day, sometimes multiple times a day. The same few employees would also spent 10-15 minutes walking around looking for someone to chat with, and sometimes multiple times a day.

Pros

There are some really good people working here.

Cons

This company offered me a solid position and an excellent career trajectory when I decided to join, unfortunately neither of which was intended to come into fruition. Slowly the leadership revealed the changes that included excessive work hours, unpaid work on weekends and the fact that the job that I was hired to grow into was a mere hypothetical. At least I was not alone since a portion of the work force in Mesa feels that they have been misled and/or lied to when it comes to the work accepted in the factory. I only partially worked as the position I was offered and accepted, and the rest of the time I was expected to perform manual labor labeled as "training".
