The remote working policy means they can attract great talent from all across the world. They have good intentions and try really hard to make Timely a good place to work.
Cons
I think it's really difficult to foster a good culture when you don't work in the same place as your colleagues, You definitely miss out on those chats in the kitchen, finding out about other people's work and what not. It can be quite isolating.
Also, this was by far and away the very worst onboarding I've ever experienced from any company I've ever worked at.
