Pros

I hate it here need to leave

Cons

This company and associated companies all have the exact same company culture. They will hire you if your female and attractive and will prey on you like an office prize from management level down. Concussion of drugs and cheap frolics and frills from directors - staff. Social media video and photographic sharing of internal affairs is a regular occurrence. I have seen over the past few months daily posts of inappropriate images it’s shocking. I have also witnessed this firsthand and am so disgusted and appalled and have been actively looking for employment elsewhere. My CV is being frowned upon by other agencies. Everyone seems to know everyone in the recruitment industry.

Pros

None stay clear is best advice

Cons

Disorganised, management top heavy. No one actually has a clue what they are doing. The CEO who has acquired this company recently is short sighted and only interested in expanding further. Directors are clueless and they are not professional.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always value hearing from our team members, as it helps us continue improving the experience we offer. We understand that some of the cons you mentioned, such as variable work schedules, are inherent to supply work. This type of work provides the flexibility to choose when and where you work, which is one of its key benefits for many of our employees. However, we also recognise that it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are seeking a full-time, permanent role, we would encourage you to speak with your consultant. We are happy to explore opportunities that align with your preferences, including more stable and permanent positions, as these are options we offer to our team members. Thank you once again for your input. We remain committed to supporting you and ensuring your experience with us is a positive one. Best regards, TimePlan Education.
