There is an atmosphere of a real collective effort to improve overall performance of the process. Feedback is welcomed and listened to. Not a company for clock watchers though. You need to learn your role, be detail oriented and perform tasks well. If you meet that criteria, management goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated.

For more than 15 years I worked in Customer Service as well as Office Management taking shifts both day and night as I had a family to support.
