Pros

Originally a young team of nice consultants...however staff retention is awful so this won't last long. People rarely stay longer than a year due to poor morale and overly aggressive management style.

Cons

Very poor leadership and management. Whole company is a con, LinkedIn says 50 employees, there was never more than 25 and most of these are in Poland. They use fake LinkedIn profiles to boost employee count and farm contacts. The website is the same, half of these people no longer work there. Similar story with these fake reviews, hence the uniformity in comments. Generally unprofessional and toxic environment with little training.

Pros

Fun social culture, a few good perks, nice colleagues who are also young consultants. Opportunity to make a bit of money.

Cons

Poor management. Timberseed is led by two men who can’t retain staff or act professionally. Lots of their LinkedIn profiles aren’t actually theirs, so if you’re approached by one of their staff accounts that looks like a female university student - it’s likely their 40 year old, male Director.
