      • The old as well as new people are very good to be around with. • Company is creating a lot of development programs for us in the plant locations. • Plants are well equipped with standard safety requirements and we all are adhering to it mandatorily • Company is spending a lot in terms of renovating the old processes.

      • More training on usage of various apps should be there • Less no of holidays
