      Some opportunity for growth and wearing different hats

      Cons

      -Horrible CTMS and other systems -takes months to get reimbursed for travel cost -CRAs are not treated well. Put on too many studies, given no training or support, and lied to constantly -terrible PTO and benefits -Chinese sponsors that are horrible to work with
