Pros

1. Good pay and good hikes 2. Few good projects on latest tech stack

1. Not employee centric. Always agrees to accomodate client demands and scope changes outside the scope of agreement 2. Pretends to care about employees and talks highly about their so called 'Culture' but in reality, there is no culture and they don't care about the employees 3. Unethically laying off employees by threatening them. Lies about this in townhalls saying that they are terminating only those employees who failed background checks. 4.Old boy network: People who have been part of the company since it's inception control everything. Growth depends on being loyal and close to them 5. Some managers are terrible. But company will never listen to employees and will instead promote those managers because of their relationship with clients and the value they bring 6. High attrition. People are leaving because once they join, they realise it's nothing like they imagined before. 7. Overhired during Covid and is still overhiring. Hire and fire at will 8. No proper policies in place. No WLB. Always go the extra mile and give up your life just to survive 9. No employee benefits apart from on time salary and health insurance for self. No internet reimbursement eventhough it's WFH. No other employee benefits either. 10. Feedback is mentor dependent. If mentor is useless or uninterested, you won't learn anything and grow. But company will always only listen to what mentor says. No platform to actually express what the employees feel like 11. Horrible HRs. Puppet to management and bullies employees

Dont fall for Devops Trap

Everything is a problem in Devops. There is no clearly defined scope for Devops. The Devops is only department which is worst in Tiger and this worst part is supported by HR team too. The leadership comes from sales background and works tirelessly to onboard people to project without knowing what they are doing, are they capable of, Does it work for individual and so on so forth. The only motive is to increase count, board team to project and project as best leader. He will ask team to prepare PPT, Docs, Solution accelerators and so on and wont reveal the one who did the job. A perfect credit stealer, nothing less nothing more to Say. Dont fall for nice words, Dont consider Devops in Tiger. Note that rest of the Devops departments are awesome.

Pros

If you want to learn data analytics it's a good company.

Cons

Lot's of senior employees are leaving the company! Top management only wants people who will always listen to them, otherwise they are ready to fire any people! HRs and top management created a organization of their own and only recommend candidates they like for promotion! Too much internal politics going on! Junior engineers are getting exploited. People who are working are getting paid leas amount and new joiners are getting offered good salary. As other people has suggested do not join devops.. tiger is extremely good at marketing and you will only see the truth once you join.
