The location was ok I guess

Cons

Horribly low pay, CEO and President have no clue how to run a business or lead their employees to success, micro-managed to death, no goals or vision as a company and severely under-appreciated staff.

Toxic Work Environment, Abusive CEO

Pros

somehow TA manages to hire amazing people, many of my former co-workers are still close friends, but no nobody sticks around for long...

Cons

The CEO of this company is a bully. His temper is out of control. He is somehow insecure and a narcissist at once. He made me feel worthless on a daily basis, and the tension and anxiety in that office was toxic. Years later, I still have nightmares about my work experience there.

Pros

Ticket Alternative thrives on a collaborative environment where it seems like everyone has a voice! The upper management listens to everyones ideas and makes everything a team effort. We're constantly acknowledged and rewarded for our hard work. I'm lucky to spend my time here.
