      Great Interview and Onboarding Experience

      Pros

      Every person I've met has been exceedingly kind and professional. The company is going through a lot of change, and everyone has been willing to share their historic knowledge and give grace during the learning process. The interview process allowed me to meet several members of the leadership team, and their vision for the company has been clear and aligned since the start.

      Cons

      Since the team is growing quickly and building out of the Maryland HQ office, there are a lot of remote employees that I haven't yet had the chance to connect with and learn from! That will just take more time.

      The company has undergone a lot of changes that I am aware of and this new iteration with new leadership is top-notch! I am having a phenomenal experience!

      Cons

      A lot of change can be difficult for some to navigate, but everything I have seen is to make the company better.
