The company provides excellent opportunities to learn new skills, work on challenging projects, and grow professionally. Team members are always willing to help and collaborate, which creates a positive workplace culture. Management is approachable, understanding, and encourages employees to share ideas. The company values hard work, creativity, and continuous improvement. It is a place where employees can build their careers while working with talented people.

      I have had a very positive experience working here and currently have no major concerns.

      Incredible growth opportunities in a supportive culture

      Pros

      Thrive has been more than just my first job, it has been the place where I’ve grown both professionally and personally. I’ve been trusted with meaningful work, encouraged to take on challenges outside my role, and given opportunities to lead initiatives that have made a real impact. The culture is genuinely supportive, leadership is approachable, and my teammates have always made work enjoyable. If you’re someone who loves learning and wants to keep growing, it’s hard to find a better place.

      Cons

      The only downside is that Thrive sets the bar so high that it makes the idea of leaving difficult. Once you’ve experienced a workplace built on trust, flexibility, and people who genuinely want to see you succeed, it’s hard to imagine finding another company that compares.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my experience working here. The team is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. The collaborative and supportive culture makes it a great place to work, and they are quick to recognize accomplishments small and big.

      Cons

      This company is made up of 95% remote workers in several different time zones. While that does have it's advantages it also creates natural barriers in communication and sets back working relationships
