• The opportunity to evolve our products and services to really shape the industry and provide technology and process efficiencies, is truly exciting work. • The people who work here are great. Our ideas are heard and considered as we try to continue to grow the company and make each other stronger. They also value family, personal time, and personal growth. • The founders put their heart and soul into the people and company. They've been true to this for the 2 years I've been with the company.

Cons

As we grow in order to scale quickly, there are always growing pains. However, we continue to support each other through this and see a clear light at the end of the tunnel.
