      Giving pip checks twice a year but they may not be that much

      Better management, actually handling problems, having repercussions for actions, honesty, no back stabbing, pay what workers are worth in work area

      I am highly motivated person and their style is laid-back. May be a fit for someone else, but I did not have a pleasant experience as I was feeling held back.
