Disastrous. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

None, really. Comissions can be high for seasoned folks at the top, exclusively.

Cons

Cutthroat sales culture and woefully out of touch leadership. Employees are systematically subjected to verbal abuse and made to work long hours with minimal PTO. The churn rate is through the roof for junior recruiters. Communication is non existent and employees are regularly pitted against one another. Morale is down and many people are looking to leave. Low wages and mediocre benefits.

Pros

Jewish holidays and annual company trip.

Cons

Awful management. The CEO and president don't care about their employees or career development. They view all of their employees as "replaceable parts," which is why 70% of the nj office turned over in an 8-month span. Their pitch is that you can make a lot of money, but the commission structure leaves them with a lot and you very little. Do not look at employment with this company as more than a stopgap to better opportunities.
