      40 hrs in 4 days/ tons of overtime in peak busy season

      Pay is fair depending on your skills Good overtime if you like working alot of hours Hydration centers and plenty of work 40 hrs in 4 days/ 3 day weekends depending on company needs as needed

      Poor Management /lack of equipment and tooling Dirty environment/ too hot in summer times/too cold in winter times no insulation Noisy atmosphere/crowded workspace Work on as needed basis

      Great benefits, reasonable work hours, can work from home when sick.

      Cons

      The job I was sold during the interview was not the job I ended up doing. My boss was initially supportive, but later pulled back all support and funding for project crucial to my jobs "success" as defined by company standards. The culture is very stressful, you have to both "keep your head down" but also be very present in the eyes of the C-Suite. It was a lose/lose situation that I'm quite happy to be done with.
