Pros

Growing company in a solid space

Cons

Pay - was lower than industry; bonus is impossible to get with new rules/measures Bad culture - only one legacy company of the first 3 that were merged had a good company culture and the new leadership pushed out the good legacy people. Right not it is "sink or swim" if you are not one of the buddies that used to work at old companies with the leaders Leadership - they do not listen to each other as the Good Ol Boy ones ignore everyone not in the circle. The Boys think they are the smartest ones in the room but in reality are just winging it. They throw around buzzwords to cover their ignorance and deflect. This is the worst group of leaders I have seen or worked with. They cannot even set up a ServiceNow instance for company use AND THAT IS THE ONE THING THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EXPERTS AT Executives - all used to work together at previous companies that sold to survive (not the merged companies mind you). Very interesting that the Chair of the Board also has ties (employed per LinkedIn) to the company they use contractors for...not illegal but big ethics breach

Pros

Like any good mash-up, it is the best of the best – incredible talent.

Cons

Thirdrea is a lot like the throwing glitter on the Death Star. Impressive, sure, but beneath the surface it is riddled with issues – instead of carefully planning and harnessing talent in the acquired foundations, it just kept growing boundlessly - focused on the aesthetic. Poor compensation plans, overworked resources, distracted administrative staff, disappointed clients and disconnected leadership make the structure weak and vulnerable. They had the chance to make something great with the amazing people and successful companies they acquired and have turned out an empty shell tied up in a big pink bow. You can’t hashtag your way to culture.
