Pros

You can work from home. There is money to be made but it is a numbers game. Can move up fast.

Cons

Unethical practices to customers. Constant change in management and positions of lower level staff. Rude management. Lots of demotions . Not a career job.

Pros

Working from home is wonderful. Training was intense and well directed. Trainers were at first pleasant. If you do not make it the percentage needed to graduate they extend if you have shown you are trying and really want to work the process.

Cons

I did not care for one trainer yelling at me ..Had me read script she would ask a me to talk about this or that in the script and if my very first word was not what she wanted to hear she yelled NO ! now do it again NO! why cant you see it or listen..do it again NO! Talk about making someone a nervous wreck. I get what scripts are for and the exactness and the reasons for a script proven year after year ,I do not get the need to yell NO!! NO !!! NO!!!

Pros

This company is hiring all the time, and they run ads in the Tampa Bay Times newspaper. They advertise their jobs as paying from $700 to $750 a week.

Cons

The ads they run are not true. I was hired as an SSA, Subscription Sales Associate, on June 1, 2015. I came to work every day and did my best. They offer paid training at $9.50 an hour and then you are supposed to be able to make a lot more. I had to take 3 weeks of training for the SSA position. They say you can make the real money they advertise by going through second level training to become a Verifier. So I went through 2 more weeks of training to be a Verifier. This is a very stressful job. You are on the phone constantly with call after call, reading pages and pages of scripts. It is hard selling. I did well on my stats and I had comparably high sales. I just could never make the money they said I would make. None of the trainers would give me a straight answer or anything like the truth about the pay. I finally got the truth from a Supervisor I will not name, who told me the only way you could make anything near that kind of pay was to work from 55 to 60 hours a week, a ton of overtime. However, even signing up for the overtime doesn't mean you can get it. You can sign up, come in and find the overtime hours have been cancelled, which means you can only work an hour then must leave. I worked for the company until August 16th., so I was there for 2 and a half months. The work is hard and stressful but I was there every day and I was able to do it. The problem was that I could never make the money they promised. The most I was ever able to bring home for a full time week was around $330. Now I am in serious trouble. I am nearly homeless, as I could not make enough money to pay my rent and regular bills. I told them when they hired me that I had to make at least $15 an hour to be able to keep the job, and I was assured that I could make that much and more. If I had been making that much money, I would have stayed at the job. Now I know why they are constantly running ads, because they are constantly replacing people. There are some who have been there for years, their "Vets" but not many. I am in serious financial trouble because I took that job and worked there all that time, taking them at their word that I would be able to earn the money they promised.
