3yWe thank you for taking out time and writing a review for us. We do have paid certifications policy :) As for work pressure, it is not constant or prevalent organization-wide. Yes, from time to time, there will be instances where we need to invest more efforts, but we ensure that it doesn't affect you mentally, you have the required support and resources, and you are rewarded well for the same.
