      A Big NOOOO for youngsters & people coming from MNC!!

      Pros

      Reputed products like Boilers, Chillers etc.-almost like monopoly in some markets HR policies like Parental leave, marriage bonus,leave accessibility etc

      Cons

      Very high internal politics. Only managers work here not leaders. Very poor administration & IT support. Very slow monetary growth. Promotions/Incentive all are manipulated as per manager preference

      Good learning from senior management. On job learning - its training school for graduates Management is accessible HR is helpful.

      Cons

      Don't expect good rise. Worst ever salary break-up (it's tactic of management to give any one benefit every year out of increment, incentive & promotion). Very slow decision making process. Reactive management. Politics at every level and easily visible.
