      Leadership cares about employee experience and listens to suggestions from staff submitted via surveys etc

      Cons

      Due to corporate team being in IL and clinics being outside of Illinois it can be hard to bring the two together but leadership does a great job of getting out to visit clinics.

      Minimal doubling booking (varies per clinic), competitive benefits and new grad pay, help with loans for new grads

      Cons

      Heavy caseload, lack of documentation time, difficult for your concerns to be heard as it is a large company
