Work from home, not much else.
Cons
No direction and no viable product. Constantly pivoting. Bad managers who dont care about their teams. Lots of finger pointing and blaming when something goes wrong instead of taking accountability. I was physically intimidated by my boss and experienced poor treatment from coworkers.
