Everyone cries... No ethics... Demeaning

Pros

Learn to multitask, exposure to full-cycle from journal entries to expence analysis explanations , even budget

Cons

Everything! Low pay, extremely long hours, managers speak to you in demeaning manner, month end is 12 days straight, month of September work every day and d weekend, no comp days or overtime pay.

Vacation time is like 4 plus weeks for the first year.

Cons

Wonder why they are always hiring? Two things; close period hours are like 14-15 hour days from 1st thru the 10th. You have a child, say goodbye to the 1/3 of their life. You won't see them. Don't know if the one Controller is still there, but she is awful human that drove out 4 people my first week I was there. Pay is crap especially with the hours you are "required" to work being on salary.

Great coworkers. If you are not looking for advancement, don't want to use your brain, and enjoy mental abuse this may be the place for you.

Cons

Management does not care about Analyst staff. Supervisor is a micro manager dictator and the reason we lost our last six Analyst. The Analyst take call and are often dumped on. There is no support from management so the Analyst support one another. This is NOT a happy work environment.
