I have been with The Trusted Toolbox for 12 years and truly enjoy working here. The team has a strong family like atmosphere and we make it a point to have fun while staying productive. The owner places a high value on company culture and employee morale, which creates a positive and supportive work environment. We also regularly plan company outings and team bonding activities that help bring everyone together.

There really aren't any pros to this job or company
Cons
Almost everything about working here is a con. Can't make a living wage as an estimator even if you put in 60 hours a week. No benefits or any other type of compensation and no upward movement. The owner is pretty disingenuous most of the time. Won't take suggestions from anyone about anything regarding improving the company. Has to be his idea
