      Pros

      The Sunshine Method is an incredible company! They go above and beyond to accommodate not only the families, but also their employees. They are always available to help. There is also tons of flexibility within the company (you create your own hours) and they are very fair when it comes to pay. Lastly, the hiring process is so quick, but thorough. You feel extremely equipped when it comes time to tutor your child. I highly recommend working for this company!
