Friendly coworkers, but slow feedback and random pay raise

Friendly coworkers, good pay, easy training

Cons

Takes a long time to get feedback. Pay raise discussions are at random and not on scheduled meeting. Once had a manager call me while out shopping on off time to discuss promotion and other contract negotiations.
