Pros

I recently joined T-ROC, and I can confidently say that my experience so far has been outstanding. The onboarding process was seamless and truly welcoming—every step of the way, I felt supported and valued. From the initial introduction to the company, to the in-depth training and guidance from colleagues, T-ROC made it clear that they genuinely care about helping their employees succeed. There’s a real sense of camaraderie, collaboration, and mutual respect. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where everyone is not only skilled but also kind and supportive. The leadership team fosters an open and inclusive atmosphere, and it’s evident that they prioritize employee well-being. I couldn’t be more pleased to be a part of this team!

Cons

While the experience has been overwhelmingly positive, there’s always room for improvement in streamlining certain internal processes. The focus is to work smarter and continue to innovate.

Pros

It is decent pay if you have no credentials..

Cons

No actual training. You train for 3 days on zoom with 10 other people and it’s not even training, just scenarios. They will call you 24/7 and wonder why you can’t make a sale. You receive violations after a month of employment without adequate training. No PTO and stuff accumulated until down the line. No work life balance. You work every weekend. Until 7pm.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important proper training and work-life balance are to our team members. We’re always working to enhance our training programs to ensure employees feel prepared and supported in their roles. While our initial training is designed to provide real-world scenarios, we recognize that ongoing development is key to success. We’ve launched WeLeadU, our leadership and manager training program, and MentorU, a mentorship initiative, to provide continued support. Your feedback will help us refine these efforts. We also acknowledge the importance of work-life balance and are continuously looking for ways to improve scheduling flexibility while still meeting our clients' needs. If you have further insights on how we can improve, we encourage you to share them at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU. We appreciate your time with us and wish you the best moving forward.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the freedom your role provided — flexibility is something we know matters, especially in part-time positions. We also appreciate your honesty about the training. While we're glad it was okay, we know "okay" isn't always enough. That kind of feedback helps us get better, and it’s one of the reasons we’ve rolled out new programs like WeLeadU — a training and leadership development initiative to better support our teams from day one. If you have more ideas or feedback, we’d love to hear them through t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU. Thanks again for being part of T-ROC.

Pros

I have been a “T-ROCer” for 6 years now. (yesterday was my work anniversary). I’ve worked in the Business Intelligence platform for over 25 years, in multiple industries. Without a doubt, I am honored to be an employee here at T-ROC. This company and its leadership team have been top-notch. When it comes to investing in its people and staying in the forefront of Technology. This is the first company that allowed me to grow and expand my knowledge base, not only in B.I. but A.I. concepts, training and investing in me. I am ultra proud of being a T-ROC employee. If you get an opportunity to work here, you will find that everyone from our C.E.O. and downline, the collective goal is make sure you “succeed” and “thrive” in our culture of success and positive energy.

Cons

No cons on the business at all. Sometimes you must get out of the way of your own thoughts. Come in, do your job, and know you are value added every day.
