Cons

Nepotism, favoritism no loyalty to hard working employees. Only way to keep your job is being best friend with management or owners of company. Made to do more than what you job descriptions says and paid way under what your worth unless you are a man that is hired.

bonuses and raises used to be decent

The owners removed all raises and bonuses due to the fact they haven't paid attention to what they were paying in payroll for the last few years, but any family members hired by the company did not get any financial incentives removed like the rest of the company. After laying off 40 something employees, the owners have not spoken to any of the remaining staff. We are expected to carry on as usual and work hard for a company that refuses to take ownership for the wrong doing they have done. They also want us to work without any hope of raises or the bonuses we have earned Lots of the current left over employees have already updated their resumes and are looking for new jobs- once they lose us, there is no way they can maintain any of the profit they do. Owners are clueless about how to run basic functions within the company. While they are not terrible people, they are doing terrible things by their employees.

Work from home, decent management and helpful co-workers

Cons

This company is awful. Pay is trash, they have let go dozens of employees over the past few months, giving them no notice or severance pay. I feel bad for the employees with children that are left without a paycheck. An unloyal company that only cares about itself, not its employees.
