Positive Team Culture, Wonderful People, and Meaningful Public Health Work

- PGP is FULL of really awesome people who care about public health and changing the lives of others. - Both of my managers invested A LOT of time and energy into my personal and professional development and supported me and pushed me to be better in so many ways. - I had a great experience with the unlimited PTO policy. I have been able to take lots of time off to travel and spend time with family and friends which has been a HUGE benefit to me and has definitely provided me with a great work/life balance. - The Influencer Marketing team is full of rockstars. Despite high KPIs and a few challenging campaigns, this team brings so much positive energy and works together to ensure KPIs are met and important public health messages reach target audiences.

Cons

- I wished there was more interaction amongst different teams as I didn't get to know and appreciate all of the awesome people at PGP as much as I wish I would have!
