      Great working environment, collaborative effort to educate children. Mission based approach to education

      It is a small school, so each employee needs to work hard across responsibilities to accomplish workload.

      Good, positive environment. Co-workers make a fabulous team. Kids are great! A stress-free environment.

      Pros

      They give teachers $5 Peet's Coffee gift cards for Teacher Appreciation Week. It is a "stepping stone" school where you work for a year to gain experience and then move on to a better school.

      Cons

      They do not provide health insurance. They want you to "wear many hats" and put in more work than you are being paid for. They would rather hire and onboard new employees at a higher salary than give raises to current employees who have proved their worth.
