Good pay and benefits, the leadership with in the Phoenix company is supportive.

Cons

You have to work at AK Steel the moral here is low. AK employees treat you like crap because you are a contractor. You will have a lot of responsibility and 0 authority.

Cons

Low pay some of the worst benefits out of any company I have ever seen it use to be a good place to work but with the new management it went down hill don't see them being open much longer
