      Pros

      • Open positions- Great training and growth opportunities. You have to tell them where you want to go, but they help you get there if you work hard and show your value! • Some of the most technically knowledgeable people in the industry. • Family business, has that “family” feel in every positive aspect of the word. • Truly a collaborative environment where ideas and Change Agents are welcome. • Smart, visionary leadership with down-to-earth practicality in implementing big ideas. • Fiscally responsible company that invests in customer focused solutions. • Good values, and rewards the employees who invest in and take part in improving our customers experience. • Standard 7-4 hours I can plan around and have my life outside work!

      Cons

      - Being in a state that has one of the nations lowest unemployment rate has been difficult finding qualified people to add to our team.

      Pros

      Working for The Part Works has been such a great experience. As any growing business, there are many opportunities for growth and change. I have had the opportunity to work in many different departments, and I can honestly say they have all been wonderful. The Part Works employees are all extraordinary and fun people, and the management is always super helpful and supportive. Without a doubt The Part Works has been my favorite place of employment thus far.

      Cons

      Location - Being across from a waste disposal company can produce unsettling smells. However, this is only outside the building, it does not affect the inside.

      Pros

      We have a lot of really great people working here. You will be treated with respect and care. People want you to succeed and will help you out. The work can be challenging at times, but it's always rewarding. One major benefit of working in a smaller company like this, is that you really have a chance to make a large impact. There's room for career growth opportunities as well. Many people start out in the warehouse and move into a sales position. I started in the warehouse and ended up in Purchasing. Free Coffee in the break room. Company parties.

      Cons

      Depending on where you live, the commute can be challenging. I live in Everett, so I listen to a great deal of Podcasts each week!
