This place is one big sham. they talk about lofty ideas and values, but the reality is just opposite. CEO has no clue about what needs to be done, she just keeps needling people and encourages a rude and hostile work environment. the company sees so much churn but it does not seem to bother anyone. all good people are leaving. CEO consider everyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out and easily replaced.

Top Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. Experienced one after joining are pressurized to do multiple things beyond role. So beware of profile change and don't believe the unethical HR team, as they don't convey this message to you. Senior people play with unethical work attitude based on their industry fresher mindset. They promise the client anything impossible, and then hound the junior teams to get it done, without offering any help.
