Pros

The benefits are good and they offered a nice 401k match. The pay is within the mid market range.

Cons

Their QC group are soul sucking individuals in desperate need of validation and make working there miserable. Our trainer warned us that everyone hated QC and it just goes with the job. I took her comment with a grain of salt because I am used to working with varying personalities, don’t let people get to me, and know what I am doing ....There really are no words to describe how awful they are. I have never cried while working until I came here. Nobody is on the same wavelength, you will never know what is expected of you, and all you will ever hear is venom and negativity.

We understand that there were issues on this team and we have made sweeping changes to repair those issues, including significant changes in leadership at all levels. We are re-building and we are building the company and the culture we all want to thrive in. I am sorry you had a bad experience here. It is much better now and getting better every day.

Pros

there are none as these guys are liers

Cons

They are lier's...they brought all these underwriters on-board 2 months ago stating they had all these projects and 9 months of work then the expert witness stops sending them loans as the product they were putting out is garbage...I though NewOak Capital was bad these guys take the cake...they have no work and just let go alot of good people today..my friend, she is a great underwriter turned down a long term project and was burned by these guys...plus they micromanage you to death through the AWS--my advice is to stay away...they talk big but carry a little stick

The nature of due diligence work is that it can be volatile with projects changing timelines quickly. It is unfortunate that your project was ended early. We understand that there were issues on this team and we have made sweeping changes to repair those issues, including a strong focus on transparency and full disclosure of risk in advance.

Pros

Very professional company; dedicated to providing a quality product to their clients. One of the best companies I've worked for in 30 years of the banking/financial analysis industry. Dedicated to their employees and provide a positive work environment. They welcome feedback. They have high standards but that allows management to produce quality work and obtain new clients.

Cons

Working remotely is wonderful for my family and lifestyle but I've exchanged emails and phone calls with many colleagues, it would be nice to meet them someday.

Thank you so much, we really value your feedback, and appreciate the compliments. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a challenging and rewarding environment for our employees, and that’s particularly important for us with our remote team members. And it is precisely your feedback – and your hard work! – that enables us to provide the excellent service that we strive to provide to our clients. We’ll do our best to keep the communication black-outs to a minimum, and hope to someday have the opportunity to meet you and our other remote team members in person.
