      - Too much of Mental stress. - Leadership intimidates the employees. - Wrong information is circulated by Leaders. - No Transparency - Silent Layoffs, They force you to resign. - HR doesn’t know how to talk and handle any situation, worst people management person ever met.

      All they do is fool people. No clear vision. They have no funds. HR is useless. She has no ethics, rude people. Stressful and toxic culture. Bad leadership.

      Since it's a startup, you will get to work directly with client on multiple things.

      Cons

      - Toxic enviroment - They can fire you for no reason - Management play alot of politics - Expect lot of micro management - Favouritism for few - Delayed or no appraisal (they make your performance as excuse) - Delayed or no bonus - Wellbeing of employee is not take care. They expect to work 12+ hours.
