      The work for the pay is great. The work is typically pretty easy.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Bringing issues up to hr is almost pointless.

      I understand your frustration with this situation. I do know the corporate management team has visited your worksite and conducted a face to face investigation. Once the issue was identified we applied corrective action in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (union CBA) and company policy. Unfortunately, we cannot always see immediate results and please understand we take this seriously and followed up to ensure that corrective action was effective.

Bonuses - As a contractor, pay and allowances to include bonuses are negotiated during the proposal process. Some proposals have the provision for a bonus and others do not. Unfortunately your contract does not. HR - We are working hard to ensure our HR department is in constant improvement to best serve our remote sites. In order to improve communications we will discuss your concerns with our HR team. We appreciate you for accepting a position with TLC in Fort Riley, KS
