Jaypee Group is nearing Bankruptcy. Every one posted on a position of authority is either a relative or someone who has achieved the position due to personal contacts but not due to competency. Management is not wise enough to filter informations which would bring them glory. Management is reluctant to change, and who does not change to the changing dynamics has to get extinct.
