Enjoyable growing company with great teams - highly recommend
Pros
I work in the London office and have been with the company around a year. The business is growing which is a very exciting journey to be apart of, and allows for new challenges as the company encounters new areas whilst growing. The teams are very friendly and welcoming, I feel very comfortable with the relationships built at the office - both in London and with the teams in France & US. Really happy at The Invisible Collection and recommend it to others. Manager is very supportive and provides good feedback regularly (both positive and constructive). The team genuinely care about each other here which is rare.
Cons
As with all growing companies, there are new issues that arise through expansion which I see as a positive problem to solve rather than a negative.
