      - Friendly, welcoming environment - Big push on learning and development - Nice office location

      Cons

      You time at TIL heavily depends on the clients you work with, which means you can get quite unlucky. This is the nature of consulting, but can get very frustrating as your clients set you up for your next role after TIL.

      Unbelievable opportunity to break into the data space. Co-workers are some of the most helpful and intelligent people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Not many. Pay for being in NYC could be a little higher but the company goes above and beyond to set up their employees for success in the future.
