There are some great people that contribute to the culture of the Hive. A small company allows you to find and explore your interests in areas that you might not have been previously exposed to.
Cons
I find the Hive doesn't show their staff how they can improve within the company. They try and keep people under paid and over worked so that they can profit off of you.
With extremely long hours, pretty terrible pay grade and lack of respect for their employees well-being -- I just can't recommend this toxic place. They'll tell you to raise your hand if you're struggling and when you raise your hand their response will continue to be "time to grind". If I ever hear that phrase again...
It took many months to shake off the anxiety this job gave me.
