Pros

School located in a large city center means there are possibilities for interesting opportunities for faculty, staff, and students

Cons

Administration/departmental leads lack respect for faculty, staff, and student success. Additionally, the admin/dept. leads make it extremely difficult to seek help for marginalized demographics even when there is abundant proof of a situation.
