Once John passed away, there was a huge shift in how things were done. It was no longer about doing what is best but about money, cutting corners, and promoting from within whether individuals were qualified or not. Sure the pay for us upper management was good, in fact many of us received raises, but ALL properties were told to tighten their financial belt, work long hours without any kind of thanks, and 'to do without' when clearly many properties were in violation when 'doing without'. I hope for the sake of John and Sydney's memory, that they are able to get things back on track to being a more soulful and conscientious organization.

TOXIC ENVIRONMENT! Worst morale of any company I've experienced (I've been in healthcare a long time), poor management, backstabbing, drama-ridden, under paid compared to other employers in town (tack that on with OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive health insurance), worse turnover than other healthcare facilities. I could go on and on and on........it's BAD!
