      Great people and flexibility, but cultural integration struggles

      Great people, nice office, flexible hybrid/office policy, good benefits.

      Cons

      Integration into Sentry Ins. has been a struggle. Cultures and processes are very different, but improving over time. Lots of leadership turnover.
