Some campaigns are allowed to WFH Compensation was decent but not for everyone

Cons

No opportunities to growth and ZERO benefits Team leaders had little knowledge and were very unprofessional The lack of communication as well as the lack of transparency were astonishing (you could send email after email requesting PTO, vacations etc and it would be completely ignored) They rather lose great talent than improve conditions to retain them Employees were seen only as numbers. Even after voicing concerns and ask for help due to the excessive workload their only response was "'we can't do anything" "client said no"

- You can work remotely anywhere in the world

- They delay payment every month, no one seems to care about it, no matter how much people are complaining, they keep delaying 1 or 2 weeks, No respect for their employees

Pros

Great environment to work, great computers to work. They gave us pizza once. They pay on time.

Cons

Well, during performance meetings about something you did wrong they won't let you listen to the calls, you can tell the managers are not listening to their peers and they just go about saying something unrelated, also they promised me to go work remote and they lied and made me stay at the office. Also they promised a salary then changed.
