Shocking bullying culture from management down

Pros

They do provide staff perks - like monthly drinking binges for top performers, decent office environment and free parking.

Cons

You're supposed to be allowed a 10 min per hour break from your VDU however if you even get up to go to the bathroom you are treated like a criminal. Verbal and physical abuse from middle management.

Various. Disgusting treatment, abhorrent management and just a joke of an employer. I can not describe the inhuman treatment
