      We do well for ourselves by doing good for others. We deliver career and social mobility for employees. We deliver digital transformation for employers.

      Cons

      Lots of documentation. High expectation of productivity. Fast growth organisation.

      Caring CEOs Autonomy over schedule Hire and fire on values not metrics Monthly team meeting and team outings.

      Cons

      Silo working. Not much room for progression at this point, but maybe in future. Wage in comparison to other companies isn't quite as good. No commission at this point. Big growth period.
