      Good Salary, Fantastic Coworkers, Flexible Work Schedule (team dependent)

      Cons

      Senior Leadership doesn't listen to complaints of Junior staff nor value the work of anyone that isn't on the executive team. Refuses to see the way their external values do not align with internal practices.

      Pros

      Beautifully renovated office space in downtown DC and catered All Staff meetings...good food. Interesting projects that they worked on with dynamic, dedicated colleagues.

      Cons

      To reiterate what the deleted comments here once said: very unfair work environment where promotion and advancement from within is rare, not living up to the principals other similar community economic development organizations abide by; and lack of diversity only recently remedied this past year makes them less of an all white organization and more of a mostly white organization.
