Worst COO to work for. Incompetent. No respect for employees they hire. Office is not conducive for work. It is dim and without basic partitions. You will not be issued laptop. Delayed payroll. Delayed SC. No government remittances payment. Last pay take years to get paid unless you go to DOLE. Very high employee attrition rate. Employees normally resign within three months from hiring date.

First of all, the company does not pay your Government mandated benefits, COO very rude and unknowledgeable of his work and company. Doesnt have any background with the industry together with his minions. Management are not suitable for their jobs, especially the minions of the COO. They sit all day and do nothing and yet get paid well. Office is not conducive for working, very hot and dark! you dont have a permanent space, all equipments are very old, no office supplies such as paper and decent printer. In the food industry but all kitchen are dirty and smelly, they also have cats along the hallway. EVERYTHING IN THIS COMPANY IS WRONG especially the upper management.
