Pros

Working with the kids is great, and every member of staff that I have met is amazing

Cons

No support or training for new teachers - only '5 induction sessions', and weekly Thursday training. Line managers take too long to reply to emails, or don't. It is hectic and you are often travelling. Stressful situations that could be dangerous are not given proper support.

Cons

- Some lack of flexibility on certain issues, like WFH and leave during term time, though this is understandable given the responsibility to students.
